Shipping & Delivery

Golf Balls:
Logoed Golf Balls Inc. is proud to offer FREE UPS/FedEx Ground shipping within the continental United States on all golf ball orders 12 dozen or more!!! Alaska and Hawaii shipments will incur a small additional shipping and handling fee. A variety of other shipping options are available such as Next Day Air, 2nd day air, and 3 day select. All shipping options with the exception of our FREE UPS Ground shipping will be calculated using UPS's online shipping calculator during order check out.
Personalization orders less than 12 dozen will incur a flat shipping fee of $8.00 per order.
Accessories:
All other products (golf clubs, bags, gloves, shoes, wearables etc.) are shipped prepaid and billed. Shipping options and charges  are calculated by the UPS online shipping calculator during order check out.
The easiest way to see exact shipping charges for an order is to put items in your cart, proceed to checkout, and view the order summary. You'll be able to adjust shipping options and see exact shipping charges. You can always cancel or return to your shopping without actually placing the order.

The privacy of your personal information is taken seriously! We use industry standard 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer software (SSL) to encrypt your personal and credit card information during the order checkout process. We have to collect certain personal information (name, address, etc.) to process your order but want to assure you that we do not give away, sell, or in any other way distribute your personal information to any parties except as necessary to process your order (as explained below). 

When placing an order online  your credit card information is provided to Logoed Golf Balls, Inc. or Google Checkout. The third parties that handle the processing of your credit card information are solely responsible for their use or misuse of the credit card number of any other information that they acquire from or about you, directly or indirectly. We do not share your credit card information with any other parties.

 Our site uses cookies to enhance our customer's shopping experience. A cookie is a small data file stored by your web browser on your computers hard drive. Cookies allow us to recognize who you are when you arrive at our site by associating the identification numbers in the cookie with other information you as a customer have provided us. That customer information is stored on our secured database. We do this because  by knowing who you are and how you prefer to shop allows us to personalize your shopping experience and speed your checkout process. We only use cookies to monitor your visit to personalizedgolfballs.com. We do not track your activity on any other site.

You are the one in control of whether you allow us to use cookies or not. You still can shop at LogoedGolfBalls.com even if you set your browser to disable cookies. However, if you choose not to accept cookies, we will not be able to provide you with as personalized a shopping experience as we would like to.

Returns & Replacements

All custom imprinted products are non-returnable. Please ensure that that your order is correct. Please feel free to contact Customer Service at 1-866-794-4653 with any questions.

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department Toll Free at 1-866-794-4653. Your order will be replaced to your satisfaction in a timely manner.

If we deliver the wrong item to you, we will pick up the item and deliver you the correct item completely at our expense.
If you purchase a stock non-imprinted item that does not fit you correctly, like shoes or gloves, you may ship the item back to us, in new and unused condition, and we will replace it with the correct size if available. Returns and shipping charges due to mis-sizings are at customer expense. A restocking fee may be applicatable to any returns. 
Ordering

Most orders you place on LogoedGolfBalls.com enter the production process very quickly so we can get your items to you as soon as possible. Once an order has been submitted, and artwork approved the order  cannot be modified.

All order must b placed with a valid ship to address. Changes to the ship to address can not be made once the factory starts the printing process.

Attention International Customers! At the present time we do not accept International orders that have shipping addresses outside the USA. Many of our International customers provide us with a United States shipping address that they trust will forward their items to them internationally. In those instances, orders can be placed online. If you have a very large order that you need to be shipped internationally please call us at 1-866-794-4653 and one of our customer representatives will discuss with you if there is a way we can meet your needs.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

LogoedGolfBalls.com accepts American Express,  Discover,  MasterCard, Visa, Visa Check Cards. We do not currently accept international wire transfers, PayPal, or Smart Cards.
